Spencer has at various times been a documentary film director, writer and editor, a Naval officer, forest manager and silviculturist, forest fire management officer and published researcher. He has been involved for many years in NSW regional development and in local economic development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from New York University and a Master of Science in Forest Management from Washington State University. He has over 35 years of experience in the management of large organisations in the US and Australia and has extensive experience in strategic and regional planning. He was appointed to the Board in 2005 and became Chairman in 2007. |

| Craig Duly | DIRECTOR |

Craig has been a Board member since 2003. His employment history includes roles as a Registered Tax Agent and Chartered Accountant, and he was manager/operator of an accounting business for 10 years. Qualifications obtained are a Bachelor in Financial Administration, Graduate Diploma in Taxation and a Practising Certificate. Craig is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is a Director of the Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium. |

| Jacqueline Houlden | DIRECTOR |
| Jacquie and her partner manage Janison Solutions. The company employs approximately 30 people in the Coffs Harbour region, and develops world-class e-learning software. Clients include Government departments, major corporates and State Education departments. Jacquie has teaching experience covering both TAFE and schools in regional and remote NSW. Her original career was in the film industry with a range of roles in the production of TV films, drama and also commercials. As well as teaching, Jacquie's qualifications include a BA majoring in History, Cinema and Psychology, and post-Graduate qualifications in Fine Arts. |

| Tracey Adendorff | DIRECTOR |

Tracey is the Executive Officer of Coffs Coast Tourism, a membership funded industry organisation that works closely with Industry and Council to create opportunities for business to participate in the growth of tourism in the region. Tracey worked in the advertising industry, training at Saatchi & Saatchi and worked on key FMCG accounts such as Procter & Gamble, and Colgate. Tracey graduated while working in advertising and subsequently obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. After nine years in advertising, Tracey was engaged as the Product Manager for Columbia TriStar/Sony Pictures reporting directly into the USA and the UK. Further opportunities enabled her to Project Manage the European expansion of the largest Cinema Chain in South Africa into Europe and Dubai before finally settling in Australia. Tracey is interested in initiatives that will grow the region and are sustainable in the long term. |

| Brian Keen | DIRECTOR |
| Brian has 40 years experience nationally and overseas as a business owner and company director focusing on business growth, particularly sales & marketing, in the franchising industry. Brian has specialised in contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions. His business career commenced as a building contractor and developer in Malawi, Central Africa and continued when he moved to Perth in 1975. He joined the franchising sector in the early 80s and was involved in establishing a national franchise consultancy and sales group, developing business systems and sales strategies for over 40 companies. Recently Brian relocated to join family members in the Coffs area. Brian's current activities include operating a franchise consultancy and being founder of MicroLoan Foundation Australia, a charity providing small business loans to impoverished women in Malawi. When taking time from his family, Brian enjoys jogging, walking, dancing and reading. |

| Lorraine Mouafi | DIRECTOR |
| Lorraine's background includes commercial accounting in advertising, drafting and computing enterprises. After 12 years as an Accountant she changed direction and entered into senior sales and marketing functions within the computer industry. In 1990, Lorraine entered the private vocational education and training market in senior business management roles. In 1994, she commenced with TAFE NSW Corporate Marketing as the Commercial Client Services Manager/Business Support Manager with primary responsibility for providing commercial marketing intelligence and business development support to 12 Institute Business Development Managers across NSW. In 2006, Lorraine met the requirements set by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) as a Master Project Director.During 2007, Lorraine relocated to the newly established TAFE NSW National Business Office, where she provided business and project management support for growth market areas to assist large clients in workforce development. |

| An award-winning journalist with more than 25 years experience in TV news, current affairs and lifestyle programs, as well as print media, Graeme is a third generation Coffs Harbour local. Graeme won the Bicentennial "Peter" Award for Broadcast journalism when he was a senior reporter with ABC-TV news. Graeme is also a qualified teacher and has worked with unemployed youth and adults. |

Peter is currently employed by Bellingen Shire Council as Director of Corporate Services. He has extensive senior management experience in local Government, having been employed within the industry for over 26 years. Peter holds a BA Business Degree and is a Fellow Member, Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA). Some of his hobbies and interests include cycling and golf, as well as being an avid sports fan.

| Rod McKelvey | DIRECTOR |

Rod brings to the ETC Board 40 years experience in business and sustainable farming. In Sydney, he owned a design, printing and packaging company, employing 60 people, with international and domestic clients. Rod worked to reduce packaging waste with Dr Edward De Bono, the founder of "lateral thinking". Selling the business and moving to Inverell, Rod and family farmed 760 ha, and then relocated to Coffs Harbour in 1999. Rod has been a Natural Resource Management Advisor at regional, state and federal level for 13 years. Currently, Rod is appointed to the Board of the Northern Rivers Catchment Management Authority which supports stakeholders to maintain and manage 50,000 sq km from Port Macquarie to Queensland and 160 km inland. Rod was previously Deputy Mayor of Coffs Harbour City Council, and continues to promote sustainability and responsible governance. Rod is experienced in facilitating partnerships between the community, business, indigenous groups and government agencies. |
