He has held roles as National Performance Manager and Government Contracts Manager, looking after large government contracts such as Qantas and Australian Defence Force. Jenny has extensive small business management experience. She has worked in retail management for 15 years and more recently has spent seven years working in the employment services industry. Reason for joining ETC: I really enjoy working in the Employment Services Sector. I find it very rewarding, yet challenging. The Employment Services team hopes to continue its tremendous work in changing people's lives for the better. Daniel joined ETC after working 5 years in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. During this time, Daniel was the North Coast Business Development Manager for a leading Australian Apprenticeship Centre, Mission Australia. Prior to this, Daniel worked in the building industry for 10 years including 6 years as a small business owner/operator. Since joining ETC, Daniel has become a qualified Trainer and Assesor. Reason for joining ETC: Due to structural change within ETC, I was approached by ETC Management to be the Training Manager for Coffs Coast and use my skills gained through the Australian Apprenticeship Centre to enhance ETC as a Registered Training Organisation. Additionally, I liked the feel and atmosphere of working for a regional based company that has the potential to grow. Qualifications:

Kylie spent almost 10 years at Qantas Airways prior to starting at ETC. During her time at the airline, her roles focused on sales development, communication and marketing for Qantas both internationally, within Australia and the regional airlines of QantasLink. Reason for joining ETC: It is satisfying to work for an organisation that is focused on helping people overcome barriers to achieve their future ambitions.
