Elected Councillor with Clarence Valley Council in September 2008 and former President of the Yamba & District Chamber of Commerce. Served as Vice President on the Clarence Valley Business Excellence Awards, Executive Member of the Grafton Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Gallery Foundation and Executive Member of the North Coast Computer Board. Previous roles include Employment Consultant and Marketing Consultant with Wesley Uniting Employment, Business Manager with Inergise (formerly Work Directions) and Campus Manager with the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Brisbane.

Anusha Duray, Aboriginal Projects Coordinator
Coffs Harbour
Worked in Aboriginal employment, training and community development for over ten years and at management level for eight.  She is a member of the New South Wales Aboriginal Women's Consultation Network and is a NSW Women's Legal Service Board member.  During her career she has managed an Indigenous Employment Centre and a Community Development and Employment Program managing 12 sites across the Far North Coast of New South Wales, including remote Aboriginal communities .

Kevin Riddell, Business Mentor & Trainer

iAn experienced business trainer and mentor, business manager, and business management consultant specializing in business improvement and change management. Kevin owned and operated a contract training and support business with major clients such as Telstra Sensis and Optus. He has undertaken a number of business improvement reviews for government agencies and was also part of a small team tasked with developing plans of management for boating on NSW waterways.

Maria Mavoa, Business Consultant & NEIS Facilitator
Gold Coast 
Background in corporate communications and marketing and over 20 years experience in the community development field. Maria has held senior management roles in the social service provider sector in New Zealand and was contracted by the NZ Ministry of Social Development to mentor and build provider organisational capacity. She has extensive experience in policy development, strategic planning and program/project development.

Qualifications:

  • Executive Master of Business Administration;
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (75% completed); and
  • Bachelor of Commerce (80% completed).

Julianne McKeon, Coffs Harbour Innovation Centre Coordinator
Coffs Harbour 
Has extensive experience in managing projects which involve customer liaison, change management and staff development and mentoring. Most recently she was employed by the Queensland Police Service as Project Manager to implement a system for booking, paying for, reporting on  and auditing commercial travel by the members of the Police Service. Private sector experience includes  self-employment  as a management consultant in the area of business travel management. She brings to ETC, and in particular the Innovation Centre,   a desire to assist small business and community not for profit organisations to achieve their goals.

  • Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations;
  • Bachelor of Arts; and
  • Diploma of Education.

Natasha Swansborough, Business Officer

7 years experience in Administration and Business Services including Employment Mentoring, Client Management, Reception and Office support.
