We are seeking an experienced Business Mentor & Trainer for our Business Solutions team.

You will be responsible for:

  • ·      Providing advice, support and mentoring to new and established businesses
  • ·      Developing  and delivering accredited training and business skills workshops
  • ·      Developing and maintaining  effective working relationships and networks within the business community

As a minimum we require:

  • ·         Demonstrated experience in the delivery of training and skills development
  • ·         Experience in providing advisory, facilitation and/or mentoring support to SMEs
  • ·         Demonstrated ability to assess business feasibility, identify issues and prepare and assess business and marketing plans
  • ·         In-depth understanding of the business environment and the elements of effective business management
  • ·         Knowledge of and/or experience with government support and other sources of professional advice and support available to the small business
  •           sector
  • ·         High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • ·         Well developed organisational and analytical skills
  • ·         Well developed computer/IT skills
