- Our Head Office is based in Coffs Harbour and we have over 100 employees in NSW with a presence in Queensland and Victoria.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Employment Services team.
You will be responsible for:
- Referring the most Job Ready clients to brokered vacancies;
- Maintaining electronic records and processing claims and database of registered job seekers to reverse market to employers in accordance with DEEWR audit requirements;
- Broker Work Experience placements within the local area and maintain the database;
- Market ETC's Streamed Service clients to vacancies and/or sourcing suitable vacancies or Work Experience placements;
- Actively networking ETC's services to local industry, employers and jobseekers, seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working within a team environment and will easily relate to people at all levels. As a minimum we require:
- Experience in the marketing and placement of long-term unemployed clients into vacancies.
- Knowledge of local labour market linkages and business & community networks.
- Demonstrated understanding of EEO and the needs of the culturally diverse population.
- Highly developed and competent administration and IT skills including Microsoft Office, internet and email.
- Empathy with unemployed people.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and interact effectively with, employers, clients, staff and other Agencies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and concurrently meet competing tasks.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Legislation governing this industry.
- Current drivers licence.
