ETC is a preferred provider for the development of Community Land and Business Plans for Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALCs), which have become mandatory under the NSW Aboriginal Land Rights Act.
With DEEWR funding support, ETC has project-managed the development of these plans for 6 LALCs in NSW; in Ashford, Dorrigo, Guyra, Nambucca, Tweed/Byron and Lismore, and is now mentoring these Councils in the implementation of their plans.
