New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) helps eligible unemployed people to start and run their own business.

Five Easy Steps to NEIS

  1. Contact your local ETC NEIS Office to book a time with a NEIS Facilitator
  2. Complete a NEIS Application Form.pdf and once approved, enrol in ETC's Certificate III in Micro Business Operations or Certificate IV in Small Business Management
  3. Create a Business Plan to accelerate your business success
  4. At the end of training, your Business Plan is submitted to the NEIS Government authority (DEEWR) for final approval
  5. If approved, you will receive free business advice and mentoring support for the first year of business operation.
