Nine local people have successfully completed their Certificate III in Hospitality and are eager to put their new skills into action.
The group recently celebrated their graduation at the Federal Hotel in Bellingen after completing a six-month course delivered by ETC Training Solutions.
The course was designed for participants to gain the practical skills and knowledge necessary to work effectively in hotels, restaurants, bistros, coffee shops and resorts.
ETC's Trainer Paul Reynolds praised the participants for their commitment to improving their skills.
"Each participant has given 100% to the course and all were now well equipped to work in the hospitality industry," Mr Reynolds said.
ETC's Acting Branch Manager for Bellingen and Dorrigo, Jan Barns, congratulated the participants and wished them well in their future endeavours.
"If any employers are looking for trained hospitality staff we encourage them to contact us to discuss their requirements," Ms Barns said.
