Age is not a barrier - all it takes is a little training!

After completing ETC's Certificate III in Retail, two mature aged job seekers are thrilled with their current employment conditions.

"Before I completed the course, I had no success securing a job for 12 months and lacked a lot of confidence," single mum, Michelle Cerdan said.
