Enterprise & Training Company (ETC) is delighted to assist 19 year old, Jaed Hardy, to fulfil her dreams of starting a new business, thanks to the Australian Government's New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) program. "I have always be interested in massage therapy and dreamed one day of starting my own business. The NEIS program is excellent offering business advice, mentoring, guidance and even provides financial support so I don't feel like I am trying to make it on my own", Ms Hardy said. Ms Hardy started on the NEIS program with ETC at the beginning of the year, producing a business plan in massage therapy specialising in children and the elderly. Working from her Newcastle home and two other locations in the local area, Ms Hardy is building partnerships and has packaged her product with a hairdressing salon. "Already I have reached my October financial goal and it is only March! I am really excited my business is going well and I may even need to employ people by the end of the year", Ms Hardy added. "My ultimate goal is to establish a wellness centre and spa. Every day I love going to work and I thoroughly enjoy the independence of working for myself". National Business Solutions Manager, Karina Morrison said the NEIS program is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a business venture while receiving financial support for 12 months. "The pressure to set up and grow a new business is minimised, knowing financial support is available for everyday living", Ms Morrison added. ETC is committed to ensure each business idea develops into a successful, thriving business entity. "For someone so young, Jaed has an amazing work ethic and is determined to make her business successful. ETC is delighted to provide Jaed with experienced business consultants to guide and support her in achieving her goals", Ms Morrison said.
