Great Customer Service is the key to Successful Selling!

To combat customer service concerns on the Coffs Coast, one of Australia's leading retailing enthusiasts, Debra Templar, is coming to Coffs Harbour to change them.

Presented by the ETC BusinessClub and Industry and Investment NSW, Debra will talk about "Customer Service - the key to successful selling", on Tuesday 21 September at Club Coffs.

"I don't just want to improve how we do business for the customer's sake but also that we, as business owners, sell more, make lots more profit, and love our businesses back to life," Ms Templar said.

Debra Templar has worked with retailers in her role with the Australian Retailers Association, established direct sales networks for an international marketing company, and built her own business - The Templar Group including Australian Retail Services   - to be one of Australia's best and most popular in retail seminars and consultancy.

Debra will get to the heart of the matter. Challenge, tease, cajole - in fact force - participants to look at how they do business by asking them to jump the counter and view their systems, processes, policies and beliefs from the customers' point of view.

As Debra explains, "they are my opinions so they are absolutely right from my point of view. The same as your personal opinions are yours and you have every right to share them."

ETC General Manager, Michael Close said customer service has been flagged as a big concern in Coffs Harbour across all industry types from retailers to tourism operators.

"In partnership with Industry & Investment NSW, ETC is very excited to bring the Coffs Coast business community an outstanding businesswoman and motivational speaker to address the customer service concerns in the region," Mr Close said.

If you are serious about customer service, join Debra on 21 September at 7am for the ETC BusinessClub breakfast followed by a two hour workshop at 9am. Register by calling ETC on 6648 5468 or etcltd.com.au
