Course Content:
This accredited course is mandatory for those who work with and serve alcohol (Please see pre-requisite below). LAB approved and VETAB accredited.
The aim of this training program is to provide participants with the knowledge and understanding required to act responsibly when selling and supplying alcohol, with the intention that they can perform their duties in the workplace with greater awareness of the responsibilities in relation to the law, customer service, duty of care and harm minimisation.
The course concludes with a theory exam. Upon successful completion a Statement of Attainment will be issued.
Pre-Requisites: Minimum age 18 years - In special circumstances participants may undertake training at 17 yrs & 9 months
Duration: 1 Day, 9.00am - 4.00pm
