Business Relationship Advisor

Locations – Byron Bay and Coffs Harbour
2 x Full time positions, includes monthly ADO.
Role overview

This role requires working closely with Employers, Employer groups and industry to market ETC’s services across employment, training and community.  Brokering vacancies and traineeships, workplace training and work experience placements within the local area. To reverse market unemployed jobseekers into sustainable employment, ensuring the smooth and constant flow of Job Ready clients into brokered vacancies, thus achieving ETC’s business and contractual objectives.

Working with eligible jobseekers, this role’s focus is on activating jobseekers to obtain sustainable employment and in doing so, achieving ETC’s agreed targets as set by the Department of Employment (DoE) and the jobactive DEED.
