Business Relationship Advisor

Location: Taree
Full time position, includes monthly ADO
Role overview

This role requires working closely with Employers, Employer groups and industry to market ETC’s services across employment, training and community.  Brokering vacancies and traineeships, workplace training and work experience placements within the local area. To reverse market unemployed jobseekers into sustainable employment, ensuring the smooth and constant flow of Job Ready clients into brokered vacancies, thus achieving ETC’s business and contractual objectives.

Youth Workshop Facilitator

Location(s): Lismore and Ballina
Full time position, plus monthly ADO, Fixed Term until 30 June 2020
Role overview

To provide intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people and to help them into work or education. This role’s main focus is to develop and facilitate Transition to Work activities and resources to provide facilitated group workshops to assist participants in reaching their employment and training goals.

Business Analyst

Location: Coffs Harbour
Role overview

The Business Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Business Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to system and process issues.

Operations Manager (Employment Services Manager)

*Available for an immediate start*

Location: Nambucca Heads and Toormina
Full time position, includes monthly ADO, company car, mobile phone and laptop.
Role overview

This position involves managing the operations and staffing across the respective sites within contractual guidelines and operational budgets to achieve ETC’s agreed targets as set by associated Local, State and Federal Government Contracts.

This position is mainly based in Nambucca but will also cover our smaller sites being Toormina, Urunga and Dorrigo.
