Women in Trades - Business Mentoring Program

ETC’s Women in Trades Business Mentoring Program

Thanks to funding from Investing in Women NSW, ETC was able to provide a Business Mentoring Program to the women of NSW Mid North Coast. 10 ladies were successful in securing a place in the program which commenced in May 2014 and will finish up early December 2014. Participants had either completed their apprenticeship and/or are working in a non traditional trade, and had an interest in business management or owning their own business.

What does this mean for the participants?

1. The participants receive personalised mentoring from ETC’s experienced business advisors
2. Participants are connected with like-minded women
3. Participants knowledge to be a successful manager or business owner is developed and supported.
