Affordable Housing
ETC is investigating providing an affordable housing development on the Mid North Coast as a way of contributing to the social development of our region.
In conjunction with the Department of Housing, ETC co-funded a research report by Professor Colleen Cartwright (ASLaRC, Southern Cross University) in 2005 which identified the need for more affordable housing in our region and recommended different affordable models of housing.
ETC is in the process of sourcing appropriate land on the Mid North Coast to develop affordable housing.
