Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) plays an important role in creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and communities to build assets and wealth.
To achieve the whole-of-government objective in service delivery, IBA works closely with the private sector and local community groups to foster economic independence and home ownership among Indigenous Australians.
IBA offers a range of programmes designed to develop initiatives for long term asset accumulation that includes:
• IBA Enterprises
• IBA Homes
• IBA Investments; and
• IBA Partnerships
IBA Enterprises aims to provide Indigenous people with skill development services and alternative funding products to achieve greater independence from Government and improve their basic business management capabilities. The programme provides eligible Indigenous applicants with a range of funding products for the acquisition, establishment and/or development of commercially viable small to medium sized enterprises that have demonstrated, or have the potential, to achieve long term commercial viability.
As a Preferred Service Provider for IBA, ETC Business Solutions can provide a range of business facilitation and business support services to Indigenous clients across the region from Grafton to Taree.

IBA Enterprises have offices in each major capital city and a local office in Grafton to service areas from Foster/Tuncurry to Tweed Heads and out West to Lightening Ridge.
