Payroll - Candidates are placed into the ETC payroll system. You will be presented with one invoice each week which will reduce your staffing and administration costs.
Workplace Health & Safety - All ETC candidates complete comprehensive OH&S induction relevant to the position to which they are matched.
Our candidate selection is based on a comprehensive review of the candidate’s skills, performance, conduct and availability with the objective of providing you with the most suitable candidate.
We follow a specific and thorough process to ensure that the most suitable temporary staff can be quickly sourced and placed with you.
ETC Temping continually recruits qualified candidates, whose details are stored on our extensive candidate database, enabling us to respond to your temping needs quickly and efficiently. Strategies to source qualified candidates include but are not limited to: internet and press advertising, referrals and networking.
ETC Temping conducts a minimum of two reference checks for all candidates. Reference checks are designed to expand on areas of strength and weakness identified during the initial interview and assessment process.
We take safety seriously and use workpro ensuring that all temporary staff receive OH&S training and induction.
