ETC’s new Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship can give you the skills to gain a job anywhere in the world.

What does the course include?

As part of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, this course comprises of 25 units:

  • 21 core units plus
  • 4 elective units

The selection of electives must be guided by the job outcome sought, local industry requirements and the complexity of skills appropriate to the AQF level of this qualification.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is preferred that candidates have relevant vocational experience and/or an industry specific qualification. There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course.

Student Support

Learners will receive feedback after each assessment/assignment and the trainer/assessor will be available to discuss the feedback or provide additional assistance or direction as appropriate. Trainers/assessors are also available by email/phone for any discussion or problems that students experience during their study.

Delivery and Duration

This is a 3-year course delivered in the workplace as part of an on-the-job model.
