Diploma of Community Services – CHC52015
Diploma of Community Services reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivery of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
What does the course include?
As part of the Community Services Training Package, CHC, this qualification comprises of 16 units.
- 8 core units
- 8 elective units
These units must be relevant to the work outcome. This qualification does require a minimum 100 hours of work experience.
There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is preferred that candidates have relevant vocational experience and/or industry specific qualification. There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course.
Learners will receive feedback after each assessment/assignment and their trainer/assessor will be available to discuss the feedback or provide additional assistance or direction as appropriate. Trainers/assessors are also available by email/phone for any discussion or problems that students experience during their study.
