ETC is now offering an exciting pathway to becoming a qualified Chef through our Yes Chef Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
The program consists of Commercial Cookery Pre-Apprenticeship training via the following two options:
- Preparing dishes using basic cookery methods
- Make sandwiches and appetisers
- Working effectively in a commercial kitchen
- Menu planning and costing
- Food hygiene
- Cleaning and preparation
- Safely use preparation equipment
This training creates a possible pathway into employment, Traineeship or Certificate III Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship
